We learn what makes them different, their likes/dislikes, and we always pay attention to their individual needs. A small capacity also means fewer staff members, so your dog sees the same people almost everyday.

Each of our staff members go through a rigorous training process. They are trained in canine first-aid, along with certification courses in canine body language and group play. They are also trained on our strict health, safety, and cleaning procedures. We work hard to keep our customers, the dogs, and our staff happy. Our employees love working at TDH and caring for your pups so much, that our turnover is very low (, which is a lot less stressful for the pups in our care.
